I.D. Spreads

These are sample spreads for an assignment focused on magazine type. The assignment was to pick a magazine and layout an article to fit that magazines theme. We were also instructed to not copy the magazine style but rather experiment with pull quotes, image placement and other visual styles to redesign the existing layout.

I chose I.D. Magazine for my starting point. The typeface and layout reflected architecture in the photographs and presents a clean uncluttered visual to go with the subject matter.
