Awkward

I enjoyed this project very much because it gave me the opportunity to be much more playful and relaxed with design and subject matter of my book. It was for a class called Experimental Book. The only constraints for this project were to use one of several forms that we had learned in class. The story is about two people who are featured on the pop-ins and pop-out portions of the book. The text in the
book is as follows:

They meet. Its awkward. They like each other. Its awkward.
They fall in love. Its awkward.

Not a very involved story, I know, but the idea was to make it work with the form of the book which I think it does very well. The characters were all pixel people that I created. For the type I used something fun and quirky to go with the title and overall feeling of the book.
