Francis Cape

This card was done for the Artist in Residence who I got to know while at SUNY Purchase. The front is straight and simple. I tried to make the type elegant and understated to let the photo speak for itself.

The back was a slight challenge due to the amount of information that needed to be represented. The client had expressed that it must be made perfectly clear that the exhibit and lecture are seperate events. I feel that using the flush left/flush right and also the slight tinting of the lecture type accomplished this seperation rather well.
